SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING AS A FRIEND OF THE ENVIRONMENT
Environmental sustainability is a lifestyle, a duty towards the environment and future generations. For this reason, ICS Packaging has long adhered to a rigorous Environmental Policy that aims to safeguard natural resources.
Our products are made to minimise waste. We only use certified raw materials. Most of our energy needs are derived from renewable sources thanks to the use of two solar systems.

The products we produce are safe and environmentally-friendly . At the request of customers, the papers and materials we utilise in the processing are sourced from forests or plantations certified by the Forest Stewardship Council®. Furthermore, our raw material suppliers guarantee for their own supplies the application of the directives establish by EU Regulation 995/2010, which sets out the obligations of operators selling wood and wood-derivatives.
REACH Regulation
We also protect human health and the environment from the risks that may arise from the use of chemicals. The raw materials utilised by our company comply with the European protocols contained in the REACH regulation, guaranteeing that no articles produced contain SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) in a concentration higher than 0.1% in weight/weight. The substances are listed on the Candidate List.
Quality System
To offer the maximum guarantee of quality for all our packaging products, we meticulously check and monitor every production process. The high quality of the management standards is attested by the ISO 9001:2015 certification, which we achieved in 2016.
Waste Management
All offcuts (production waste) are transferred to paper mills to produce new corrugated paper. A very limited amount of waste is generated. That which is produced is stored in delimited areas then transferred to specialised disposal companies.

Boxes and Cartons
The carton is the box that covers the product, protecting it and increasing its value.
It can be made in flat cardboard or coupled in different shapes and types.
Flip-top Boxes and Packaging
These represent the most valuable presentation for many products.
From the simplest self-assembling to the more complex ones covered with interiors enriched in satin and velvety paper
Bag-in-box cartons
Functionality and practicality, different solutions for different capacities - from 1.5, 2, 3, 5, 10 or 20 litres, with applied PVC, plastic or die-cut handle.

The floor stand displays in cardboard or with integrated plastic and metal components are made in a range of sizes, with or without a wooden, cardboard or honeycomb pallet.

In different shapes and sizes, with one or multiple components, with self-supporting structures, with support feet, with pockets or other elements for holding objects. There are innumerable solutions also for POP islands.
